So today, I am whipping together a Skinny Piña Colada that capitalizes on that delicious pineapple and coconut taste without additional calories!</span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">Let’s look at the health benefits of a pineapple and coconut first. I’m all about healthy and delicious food and drinks, boring food is not in my vocabulary. If you decided to drink alcoholic beverages, drink the best out there. This Skinny Piña Colada can be enjoyed virgin or alcoholic.</span></p>
<p class="p2"><span class="s1"><b>Pineapple Health Benefits</b></span></p>
<p class="p3"><span class="s1">The <span class="s2">vitamins</span> and <span class="s2">minerals</span> in pineapple could help shorten viral and <span class="s2">bacterial infections</span> and strengthen your bones. The bromelain in pineapple, shows that it may help with chest pain, bronchitis, sinus infections, arthritis, blood clots, diarrhoea, muscle soreness, gout, lowering cancer risk and speeding up recovery time after surgery or intense workouts. Did I convince you to start incorporating pineapple into your diet?</span></p>

<p class="p8"><span class="s1">The reason this piña colada is considered “skinny” is because I use frozen pineapple to get the juice. You get that perfectly balanced flavor that is in the traditional cocktail, but without all the calories from additional sugar in store bought juice. </span></p>
<p class="p1"><span class="s1">You’ll need only 3 ingredients for alcoholic or 2 ingredients of virgin Pina Colada and less than 5 minutes for this delicious drink. Grab your blender and your favorite garnishes, and let’s make some piña coladas!</span></p>
<p class="p9"><span class="s1">For this skinny Piña Colada recipe, you’ll need fresh or frozen pineapple chunks, unsweetened coconut milk, and rum (optional). You can also add in some shredded coconut or ice if desired.</span></p>
<p class="p10"><span class="s1">After blending frozen pineapple for 2 minutes, the mixture is poured through the strainer into a mixing bowl. And then squeezed to extract all of the liquid.</span></p>
<p class="p10"><span class="s1">Add remaining ingredients, blend one more time and your drink is ready!</span></p>
<p class="p12"><span class="s1">INGREDIENTS</span></p>

<li class="li13"><span class="s6">  1/4 cup coconut milk</span></li>
<li class="li13"><span class="s6">  1/4 cup fresh pineapple juice from 2 cups of frozen/fresh pineapple</span></li>
<li class="li13"><span class="s6">  1 cup ice (optional)</span></li>
</ul>
<p class="p12"><span class="s1">INSTRUCTIONS:</span></p>
<ol class="ol1">
<li class="li14"><span class="s6">Place frozen/fresh pineapple into the blender pitcher, I used <a href="https://amzn.to/3yZTQ8t"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ninja Foodi Cold &amp; Hot Blender</span></a>.</span></li>
<li class="li14"><span class="s6">Select BLEND then HIGH and run for 60 seconds. </span></li>
<li class="li14"><span class="s6">Set a strainer over a bowl and pour the blended mixture into the strainer, then squeeze the juice out into the bowl.</span></li>
<li class="li14"><span class="s6">Add remaining ingredients with pineapple juice, blend one more time and…enjoy!</span></li>

<div>So, I never understood why pumpkin bread called bread. Let’s be honest, it has nothing to do with bread. My healthy Pumpkin Bread/Cake is made from scratch and has no grains, no flour, no gluten or diary. This moist and delicious pumpkin bread/cake is perfectly sweet with just the right combination of spices.</div>

<div dir="auto">3 tbsp melted coconut oil</div>
<div dir="auto">2 tsp lemon juice</div>
<div dir="auto">1 tsp vanilla extract</div>
<div dir="auto">1/2 cup arrowroot powder</div>
<div dir="auto">1 1/2 tbsp ground cinnamon</div>
<div dir="auto">2 tsp ground nutmeg</div>
<div dir="auto">2 tsp baking powder</div>
<div dir="auto">1/2 tsp lemon zest</div>
<div dir="auto">1/2 tsp ground ginger</div>
<div dir="auto">1/4 tsp salt</div>

<div dir="auto"> How to make:</div>

<div dir="auto">1. Preheat oven to 350 F and grease loaf pan with coconut oil</div>

<div dir="auto">2. In a blender or a bowl combine eggs, nut butter, honey, pumpkin purée, coconut oil, lemon juice and mix</div>

<div dir="auto">3. Add to the above mixture arrowroot powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking powder, lemon zest, ginger, salt. Mix until well combined</div>

<div dir="auto">4. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 60 mins until dry spaghetti comes out clean when inserted in the middle</div>

<div dir="auto">5. Remove from the oven, let it sit for 15 mins covered with a clean towel.</div>
