I believe women’s health should not be treated in pieces.
In my ideal world, medical doctors, naturopathic doctors, nutrition professionals, and fitness professionals would work together instead of leaving women to connect the dots alone.
Because your body is not a checklist.
Your cholesterol, thyroid, digestion, belly fat, energy, stress, sleep, inflammation, and strength are all part of the same conversation.
I do not believe in quick fixes, punishment diets, or workouts that make women feel like they have to earn their food.
I believe in root-cause thinking, pattern recognition, strength, education, and building a body that can support you for the long game.
Because midlife is not the beginning of the end.
